This policy explains what Cashora (cashora.fun) collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: username, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Game data: scores, lines cleared, blocks placed, move timings and game session identifiers. We use these to run leaderboards and to detect cheating.
- Technical data: a keyed hash of your IP address (not the raw address), browser user agent, and timestamps. These help prevent abuse such as automated play and multiple accounts.
- Prize claims: if you win and submit a claim, your full name and UPI ID. These are stored encrypted and used only to verify and pay your prize.
- Advertising events: whether an ad space on our pages loaded, and the start and end of sponsor sessions you choose to open for in-game rewards.
How we use it
- To provide the game, your account, leaderboards and rewards.
- To detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse.
- To verify prize eligibility and make payouts.
- To understand overall usage (for example, how many people played today) in aggregate.
Advertising
Cashora is funded by advertising. Ads are served by third-party networks such as Adcash, Monetag and Google Ad Manager. These networks may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies under their own privacy policies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where the law allows. Banner ads from pasted network tags run inside isolated frames that cannot read your Cashora account or game data. Profile pictures
If you upload a profile picture, it is resized and stored on our server and shown next to your name. To keep Cashora safe, each upload may be sent to an image moderation service (such as Sightengine or Google Cloud Vision) that checks it for nudity or sexual content. Rejected images are deleted. You can remove your picture at any time from your profile.
Coins
Coins are an in-game points system earned by completing missions. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or withdrawn, and can only be used for cosmetic items and gameplay helps inside Cashora.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Cashora (hosting, email, payment of prizes) or when required by law.
Retention
- Account and game data are kept while your account exists.
- Guest game sessions are deleted after 30 days.
- Prize and payout records may be kept longer where needed for accounting or legal obligations.
- Security logs are kept for up to 180 days.
Your choices
- You can change your password or delete your account at any time from Profile.
- Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, leaderboard entries and notifications. Anonymous aggregate statistics and records needed for completed payouts may remain.

Children
Cashora is not directed at children under 13. Prize eligibility requires you to be at least 18 years old.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
